2 pkgs. mushrooms
1 pkg. sausage
2 pkgs. reduced-fat cream cheese
Soften cream cheese in microwave. Brown and drain sauage. Mix cream
cheese and sausage in bowl and put in refrigerator to stiffen up
some (makes it easier to stuff with). "Pop" stems out of mushrooms.
Stuff mushrooms and stick in oven broiler for about 3 minutes until
top of cream cheese starts to brown.
