3 medium cucumbers (1 1/2 lbs.)
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 medium onion
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dill weed
Slice cucumbers in half lengthwise; scoop out seeds and discard.
Grind cucumbers and onion using a food grinder with a coarse blade
or finely chop by hand; drain. Stir in vinegar, sugar, salt, and
