1 quart green tomatoes
1 quart cucumbers
1 quart onions
2 green bell peppers
1 red pepper (for color)
1/2 cup salt
4 cups sugar
3 cups vinegar
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. mustard seed

Finely chop vegetables. Combine and mix with salt. Let stand 2
hours. DRAIN WELL. Place mixture in a large stewpot. Add remaining
ingredients. Boil slowly for 45 minutes. Put in jars boiling hot
and seal.
