PEPPER RELISH

12 green peppers
12 red peppers
12 medium onions
2 cups sugar
1 pint white vinegar
2 Tbsp. pickling salt

Finely chop peppers and onion. Cover with boiling water. Let stand
for 5 minutes. Drain off liquid. Add vinegar, sugar, and salt
mixture. Boil mixture for 5 minutes. Pour into clean, hot jars and
seal.
