8 oz. cream cheese 1/2 cup butter, softened (do not substitute) 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract 3/4 cup powdered sugar 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 3/4 cup miniature chocolate chips 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars; beat just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Place mixture into large piece of plastic wrap to shape into ball or log. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Just before serving, roll in pecans. Serve with graham cracker sticks, animal crackers, teddy grahams or vanilla wafers.
