2 c. (8 oz.) finely shredded cheddar cheese 2 pkg. (2 1/2 oz. each) thinly sliced deli ham chopped 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1/3 c. cooked bacon, crumbled 2-3 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 tube (12 oz.) large refrigerated "flaky" biscuits In a bowl combine the cheese, ham, mayo, bacon and mustard. Split biscuits into thirds. Press onto bottom and up sides of ungreased miniature muffin cup. Fill each with about 1 Tbsp. of cheese mixture. Bake at 450 degrees for 9-11 min. or until golden brown and cheese is melted, Let stand 2 minutes before removing from pans. Serve warm. Yield: 2 1/2 dozen.
