1/2 c. margarine 1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1 egg 2 c. flour 1 tsp. soda 1 c. buttermilk 1-16 oz. can sliced peaches, drained and cut-up 1/4 c. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon Cream margarine and brown sugar. Beat in egg. Add flour and soda. Add buttermilk. Gently add peaches. Sprinkle on top: sugar and cinnamon Use a 9x13 ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
