ARTICHOKE DIP

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 can artichoke hearts, drained well
1 small can green chilies (optional)
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh garlic to taste

Chop artichokes (squeeze out excess water). Add all ingredients
together (save 1/2 the mozzarella cheese for the top) and stir
together. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake
until it is golden brown. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
