5 c. torn mixed lettuce greens
1-3/4 c. (15 oz. can) garbanzo beans, rinsed &
4 oz. thinly sliced fully cooked roast beef
1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
3/4 c. thinly sliced cucumber
1/2 c. quartered, thinly sliced red onion
1/2 c. sliced radishes
1/4-1/3 c. whole Greek or Italian black olives
1/4 c. (about 1 oz.) crumbled feta cheese
1/2 c. prepared low-fat Italian salad dressing
Combine lettuce, beans, beef, tomato, cucumber, onion,
radishes, olives and cheese in large bowl. Pour dressing over
salad. Toss well to coat. 4 Servings.
