1-3 oz. pkg. chicken flavored Ramen noodles
1-pkg. broccoli slaw
4-green onions (chopped) use some of the green tops
1/2 c. roasted sunflower kernels, salted
1/2 c. vegetable oil (scant)
2 Tbsp. sugar
seasoning pkt. from noodles
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt & pepper
Crush noodles with fingers and combine slaw package. Add onions and
sunflower kernels. Combine seasoning pkt. with oil, vinegar, sugar,
salt & pepper, over noodle/broccoli mixture. Toss. Chill till
noodles soften a little.
