Salad: 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix 1/2 medium purple onion, diced 1/4 green pepper, diced 1/4 red pepper, diced 2 Roma tomatoes, diced 2 1/2 stalks celery, diced 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled On back of Jiffy box, make according to directions for cornbread. Bake then cool. Mix crumbled cornbread with rest of the ingredients, then add dressing, and toss. Dressing: 1/2 c. mayonnaise (I use miracle whip) 1/8 c. vinegar 1/8 c. milk 1/8 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt Mix all ingredients.
