1 Tbsp. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg, beaten 2 Tbsp. vinegar 8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice) 5 c. red apples, chopped 1 1/2 c. peanuts 8 oz. cool whip 1/2 pkg. of mini marshmallows Cook flour, sugar, pineapple juice, vinegar,and egg over low heat until thickened. Cool. Mix apples, peanuts and pineapple. Pour cooled mixture over it. Fold in cool whip and marshmallows. This recipe will feed a crowd and will taste almost like caramel apples.
