Topping: 8 oz. cream cheese 8 oz. cool whip 1 c. sugar 2 pkg. frozen strawberries 2 c. hot pineapple juice 2 small pkg. strawberry jello Mix first 3 ingredients and spread over crust. Dissolve jello in boiling pineapple juice. Put strawberries in jello. When mixture starts to gel, spread over cool whip mixture. This usually takes awhile. Refrigerate.
