1 large can chicken broth (1 qt. size) 2 1/2 c. chopped potatoes 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 (16 oz.) package of frozen broccoli or broccoli/cauliflower blend 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed salt and pepper to taste garlic salt to taste Boil first five ingredients and spices for twenty minutes. Add soup and cheese. Stir over heat until melted. Do not boil.
