CHICKEN VEGETABLE ALFREDO SOUP

1 c. chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. red bell pepper
1/2 c. sliced carrots
1 14-oz. can fat free chicken broth
2 c. cooked diced chicken breast or 13 oz. can chicken
1 Tbsp. basil
1 jar light Ragu alfredo sauce (16 oz.)
1 can Italian diced tomatoes
3 Tbsp. light shredded cheddar
Parmesan cheese
pepper to taste

Cook veggies in broth till tender. Stir in spices, chicken,
can of tomatoes. Add alfredo sauce and stir well. Makes 8
servings.
