1 chopped onion
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
12 oz. mixed frozen vegetables (broccoli,
cauliflower, carrots)

Combine and cook for 30 min. Then add 2 cans cream of celery or
chicken soup and 1/3 loaf cubed Velveeta cheese. Serve when cheese
is melted.
