CHEESE SOUP

1/4 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. onion, diced
4 chicken bouillon cubes
5 lbs. potatoes, diced
2 cups water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Simmer celery, onion, bouillon and 2 cups of water for 10 min. Add
potatoes and just enough water to cover. Simmer for 20 min. Add
soups and stir until well mixed. Turn off heat and add cheese. Stir
occasionally.
