1/4 c. celery, diced 1/4 c. onion, diced 4 chicken bouillon cubes 5 lbs. potatoes, diced 2 cups water 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, cubed Simmer celery, onion, bouillon and 2 cups of water for 10 min. Add potatoes and just enough water to cover. Simmer for 20 min. Add soups and stir until well mixed.
