1 Qt. half & half
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 lb. frozen chopped spinach
1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon powder
2/3 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. American cheese sauce

(May substitute finely diced American cheese.)

Combine all ingredients in a double boiler or large pot. Simmer 1-2
hours. Stir occasionally. To make in crock pot, combine all
ingredients and turn on low 6-8 hours.
