1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 large can V-8 juice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3 cans of Veg-All mixed vegetables
Cook and stir ground chuck and onion in Dutch oven until chuck is
brown, drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Add new
potatoes, if desired. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce
heat; cover and simmer.
Have a sandwich with this. The soup is very tasty.
