CREAMY EGG SALAD

2-8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayo
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 t. paprika
8 eggs
1 small onion chopped in big pieces (can substitute green onions)

Beat cream cheese, mayo, mustard, paprika and salt. Stir in eggs.
Makes 5 cups.
