1 lb. cooked, shelled shrimp 5 c. cooked fettuccine or other pasta 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 c. shredded Asiago or mozzarella cheese 4 Tbsp. olive oil onions red and green peppers black olives, fresh mushrooms garlic, zucchini 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning or fresh basil & oregano 1/2 to 1 full bottle Lonzerotti's Sweet Italian Dressing Cook pasta until tender, drain and rinse with cold water. Sauté vegetables in olive oil until tender, mix in with pasta and shrimp. Add cheeses then slowly add salad dressing, stirring in and coating pasta and shrimp.
