Salad: 1/2 c. whole cashews 1 or 2 pkg. (3 oz.) Ramen noodles, broken in small pieces 8 c. (large head) chopped Nappa cabbage (If in a hurry, I just use 1 pkg. of Cole slaw cabbage mix-just as good.) 6 green onions, sliced 15 large shrimp or 1 pkg. small salad shrimp Combine all ingredients. Dressing: 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. cider vinegar 1/4 c. vegetable oil 2 Tbsp. soy sauce In jar, Combine all ingredients and shake well. Pour over salad and toss well. 8-12 Servings.
