8 c. broccoli flowerets
1 c. (2 stalks) celery, sliced 1/4 inch
1-2 cups red seedless grapes
1/2 c. sliced onions
1/2 c. salted peanuts (no skins)
8 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
In large bowl combine all salad ingredients.
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
In small bowl combine all dressing ingredients and mix well.
Pour dressing over salad, toss to coat. Refrigerate 3 hours or
until serving time. Makes 12 Servings.
