VEGETABLE SALAD


Salad:
1 head of cauliflower, cut-up
1 head of broccoli, cut up
1 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. chopped green onion tops
1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 lb. sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled

Mix all ingredients together.

Dressing:
2 c. miracle whip light
1/4 c. sugar or splenda
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. finely chopped onion

Mix dressing ingredients. Pour over other ingredients.
