CHICKEN PUFFS

2 cups cooked, diced chicken
1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. milk
1 can crescent rolls
diced onion, celery sauted in butter/oil
pepper to tast

Mix everything but rolls. Divide mixture on the rolls. Roll up and
bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve topped with 1 can cream of
chicken soup. Can also put mixture in casserole and place rolls on
top and bake. Add soup before baking.
