2 c. cooked chicken or turkey
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can chopped green chilies
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped onions
1 4 oz. can mushrooms
12 corn tortillas
Mix together soups, broth, mushrooms, chilies and chicken. Lightly
fry tortillas in oil and drain. Line 9 x 13-inch dish with half of
tortillas. Add half the chicken-soup mixture, half the onions and
half the cheese. Repeat for 2nd layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 30
minutes. Can add 1 cup sour cream to soup mixture.
