1/3 c. crushed pineapple, juice reserved
2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp vinegar
2 Tbsp. plus 2 Tsp. soy sauce or tamari
1 clove garlic
1/8 tsp. black pepper
4 skinless chicken breasts
Combine first 5 ingredients and 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. pineapple juice.
Marinate chicken in this mixture 30 minutes or longer. Put
chicken in baking dish, pour over marinade, bake in covered dish at
350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
