1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. shredded lime peel (optional)
1/3 c. lime juice
2 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2-3 minced garlic cloves
pinch of ground red pepper

Mix together. Marinate one pound of chicken in mixture 6 hours or
overnight, turning a few times. Cook on grill until pink is barely
gone (about 5 minutes on each side).
