2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies (somewhat crushed)
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
In a bowl, combine cereal, flour and seasonings. Melt butter in a
different bowl. Dip chicken in butter, then completely coat with
cereal mixture. Place chicken in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Drizzle
remaining butter over chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes
until juices run clear.
