2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Brown chicken in butter with garlic powder and paprika. Remove from
pan and set aside. In a separate pan, cook rice according to box
directions. Also in another pan, cook any vegetables of your
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. corn starch
1/4 c. pineapple juice
In your chicken pan, make your sauce as follows: Mix vinegar,
sugar, juice and catsup. Boil. Add soy sauce and paprika, cook on
low heat for about 3 minutes. Add your chicken back in the saucepan.
