Chicken Breasts: 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs 1/4 c. sesame seeds 2 tsp. minced fresh parsley 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. ground mustard 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into one inch cubes 2-4 Tbsp. vegetable oil In a large resealable plastic bag, combine bread crumbs, sesame seeds and parsley; set aside. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, onion powder, mustard and pepper. Coat chicken in mayonnaise mixture, then add to crumb mixture, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat. In a large skillet, saute chicken in oil in batches until juices run clear, adding additional oil as needed. Honey-Mustard Sauce: 3/4 c. mayonnaise 4 1/2 tsp. honey 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard In a small bowl, combine sauce and serve with the chicken.
