4 whole boneless chicken breasts
8 slices Swiss cheese
5 Tbsp. butter (divide)
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chicken broth
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. white wine or more chicken broth
1 c. dry stuffing mix

Place breasts in buttered baking dish. Cover each with slices of
cheese. Melt 2 Tbsp. butter. Add flour and blend until smooth and
bubbly. Add milk and broth, season with salt and pepper. Add wine
or more chicken broth. Pour over chicken. Mix stuffing with 3
Tbsp. melted butter. Spread over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60
minutes. Make ahead, refrigerate or freeze and bake later.
