1 lb. ground beef, lean 3/4 c. A1 sauce 1/2 c. plain bread crumbs 1 beaten egg 1 8 oz. can chunk pineapple 1 medium green pepper, cut in squares 6 cherry tomatoes, halved 6 fresh mushrooms, halved Mix beef and 1/4 cup A1 sauce, bread crumbs and egg. Shape into 24 balls. Drain pineapple, reserve liquid. Mix remaining A1 and juice. Set aside. Thread meatballs, pineapple, pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes on skewers. Grill 10-15 minutes. Serve with A1/juice mixture as a sauce or use for basting while grilling. Serve with rice.
