#1) 16 oz. Angel Hair pasta (cooked)
#2) 1 Tbsp. butter
#3) 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained
salt and pepper
2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
#4) 8 oz. cottage cheese
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
2 green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
Combine #2 and #3. Cover half of #1 (spaghetti) with 2 & 3
mixture. Next, top with half of #4 mixture. Add remaining
spaghetti and repeat layers. Chill one hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 45
minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
