2 lbs. ground beef 20 saltine crackers, crushed fine 2 eggs 2 carrots, grated 8 oz. can tomato sauce 1/2 c. finely chopped onion 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Accent seasoning mix Dash of thyme Dash of marjoram Black pepper to taste Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into a loaf and place in baking dish. Cover top with ketchup and bake at 350 degrees for 60-75 minutes until middle is no longer pink.
