1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion
Salt and Pepper
1 tsp. oregano
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
1 pkg. tortillas
Brown meat with onion, salt and pepper as desired. Remove and add
enchilada sauce, soup and oregano. Tear up tortillas. Layer in a
casserole dish (tortillas, mixture, cheese). Bake at 350 degrees for 45
minutes to a hour.
