1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 medium onion, chopped 1 c. oatmeal 1 c. cracker crumbs 1 c. tomato juice 2 eggs 1 tsp. chili powder 1 can beef gravy Mix all ingredients except gravy. Form into 1" patties. Brown in skillet. Put in baking dish and cover with beef gravy. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May be kept warm in crock-pot for serving.
