4-5 lb. roast 3/4 c. water 1 Tbsp. dry mustard 1 Tbsp. pepper 1 Tbsp. garlic powder 1 Tbsp. salt 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire 1 box dry onion soup mix (or 1 pkg. to your taste) Put first seven ingredients into a crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove roast from crockpot and shred. Pour contents of 1 box (you may prefer to use only one package of the soup mix as opposed to the entire box - use it to your own taste preference) of dry onion soup mix into the broth in crockpot and stir well. Put shredded meat back into broth, mix well and cook for additional 2-3 hours. Serve on hoagie-type buns.
