1 1/2 lbs. cottage cheese (small curd)
2 beaten eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
32 oz. Ragu spaghetti sauce (I use chunky garden
3/4 c. water
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. hamburger, browned
basil, oregano, garlic, parsley
Lasagna Noodles (uncooked)
12 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
In 13 x 9 inch or lasagna pan, use the following layers:
Layer 1: Uncooked noodles, laid side by side.
Layer 2: Half of Bowl #1 (1 1/2 - 1 3/4 cups).
Layer 3: Half of Bowl #2 (2 1/2 - 2 3/4 cups).
Repeat Layers 1 - 3. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Uncover. Top with cheese. Bake 15 minutes longer. Best if
cooled, then served after reheating.
