1 Tbsp. oil 1 1/2 lb. hamburger 1 (12 oz.) can tomatoes 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 2 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix 2 (12 oz.) cans tomato juice 1 pkg. (1 lb.) lasagna noodles (cooked or uncooked) 1 (12 oz.) cottage cheese 1 (8 oz.) package mozzarella cheese 1/4 c. parmesan cheese Heat oil in skillet, add meat, cook. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, spaghetti mix and juice. Bring to a boil, lower heat. Simmer 10 minutes. Cover bottom of 9 x 13 pan with thin layer of meat sauce. Then a layer of each: noodles, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese. End with meat sauce. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil and sprinkle with parmesan.
