2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
13 oz. can whole tomatoes (put in food processor)
16 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 lb. mozzarella cheese
2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
Cook hamburger and onion. Drain. Add garlic powder, whole tomatos,
tomato sauce, oregano and salt and pepper. Let simmer for 30
minutes. Layer meat, noodles, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese,
repeat. Cook uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
