1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 jar spaghetti sauce
4 c. wide (No Yolks) egg noodles
12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
6 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
Brown hamburger and drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Meanwhile,
cook noodles and drain. In a bowl, combine cream cheese and sour
cream. Spread a cup of cooked noodles in a 9 x 13 pan. Top with a
cup of meat sauce. Cover with all of cheese/sour cream mixture.
Add remaining noodles and the rest of the meat sauce. Top with
shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
