MEXICAN CASSEROLE

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 c. refried beans
1 can mushroom soup
chopped onion
1 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. soft tortilla shells
4 oz. sour cream
cheddar cheese

Fry hamburger and onions. Add taco seasoning and 1 1/2 cups
water, simmer 5 minutes. Add refried beans. Fill above into
shells and roll up. Mix together the soup and sour cream. Place
shells side by side in pan; pour soup over top. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes in a 9 x 13 pan. Last 5 minutes,
sprinkle top with cheddar cheese.
