2 1/2 lb. potatoes, peeled and chopped 1 (qt. size) can chicken broth 1 lb. cooked hamburger 1 large onion, chopped 2-3 celery stalks (tops only) 1 can Campbell's cheddar cheese soup 1 Tbsp. parsley Salt to taste Cook potatoes in chicken broth for 45-60 minutes or until done. Add water to cover potatoes if necessary. Skim potatoes. Squish them with a potato masher while still in the liquid. Add rest of ingredients. Stir thoroughly.
