8 oz. uncooked noodles 1 garlic clove, minced 1/3 c. onion, chopped 1 lb. ground beef 2 Tbsp. flour 2 tsp. salt 2 3-oz. cans mushrooms (optional; if you don't use just add water to the mixture) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. sour cream 2 Tbsp. oil Brown garlic, onion and crumbled beef in oil. Add flour, salt and mushrooms, stir and let cook five minutes. Add the soup and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in the sour cream keeping the heat low so it won't curdle. Cook the noodles.
