1 lb. bacon
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 large onion
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes and green chilies (put in food processor)
Melt cheese in top of double boiler. Fry bacon and drain. Crumble
into melted cheese. Chop onion and fry lightly in small amount of
bacon drippings. Drain and add to cheese. Add chopped green
chilies and tomatoes and green chilies. Stir until well mixed.
