2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. finely chopped onion (or green onion)
2 c. sour cream
2 c. cubed ham
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Combine hash browns, soup, onion, ham, sour cream, pepper and
Velveeta cubes. Add 1 stick melted butter or margarine (can reduce
amount of butter if you want less calories). Combine corn flakes
and 1/4 c. melted butter. Spread in 9 x 13 dish or two 8 x 8
dishes. Sprinkle corn flakes on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
