6 slices bread
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
1 lb. ham or sausage (diced and/or fried)
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. melted butter
Butter bread on both sides and lay in cake pan. Put meat and cheese
on bread. Mix together mustard, eggs, milk, salt and pepper and
pour over cheese. Drizzle melted butter over all. Refrigerate
overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
