10 oz. (18 inch) thin loaf French bread 8 eggs 1/4 c. sugar 1 Tbsp. vanilla Cinnamon 3 cups milk 2 Tbsp. butter Syrup Grease 9 x 13 baking dish. Cut bread into 1 inch slices. Arrange in layer on bottom of dish. Beat eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla in bowl. Pour over bread in pan. Cut butter into pieces and put on each slice of bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate over night. In the morning, place dish uncovered in a cold oven. Turn to 350 degrees and bake 45-50 minutes or until bread is puffy and light brown. Remove from oven.
