1/2 c. butter 2/3 c. crushed crackers 1/4 c. parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 lb. frozen sole or perch fillets, thawed and drained 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. basil leaves 1/2 tsp. oregano Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 13 x 9 pan melt butter in preheated oven. In 9 inch pie pan combine crackers, cheese, basil, oregano, salt and garlic powder. Dip fillets in butter, then in crumb mixture. Arrange in pan, bake near center of oven for 25-30 minutes or until fish is tender and flakes with a fork.
